You loved it but you weren't that in love with it, we get it sometimes these things happen. if you must return an Item, they can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit that will last 24 months. No refunds will be given unless deemed faulty.

To Return an item, simply email us at You will need your order number and the email you used to purchase your item and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item. All return costs are to be covered by the customer.

 We will not accept the following if products are returned as below
  • Products that have been worn/damaged/marked in anyway
  • Products without their tags attached
  • Product is not in its original packaging
  • Products without a return authorisation number and form.
  • All swimwear that is returned without hygiene sticker attached
  • Any garments returned that look like they have been washed/worn will be refused. Please take care when trying on the garments and watch out for any makeup stains or smell of perfume

YKW reserves the right to reject returns if any of the above relates to your order. Garments are to be returned in their original condition. In the case of the above, the package will simply be returned to the customer and any shipping involved will be covered by YKW.

Credit notes

Store credits can be used for future purchases is valid for 24 months.

Return postage

If you are planning on returning goods to us we recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely. We are not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Parcel costs are covered by customer.

If you have received a faulty item, please email with supporting images so we can examine the next course of action. All faulty items will be assessed once returned and deemed faulty by YKW. This does not include those that have already been worn.
