All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) Once order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive another email once your order has been shipped containing the tracking of your order

You Know What..? does not cover the cost for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country it is recipient responsibility to cover these charges. You Know What..? does not collect or handle any tax charges or fee. If there are any questions regarding taxes and fees that may be charges, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what these charges are and cannot tell you how much they will be as these fees vary widely based on the country.
